New Polling Shows Majority of Arizonan’s Want Recreational Legalization

Some positive news has come out of recent polling from The Arizona Republic / Morrison / Conkite News survey. With a sample size of nearly 800 registered voters, 50 percent favor legalization, 40 percent oppose, and 10 percent are still undecided. Although this information is very promising there is still a lot of time to sway voters opinions. Arizona Natural Selections Founder, JP Holyoak, brings insight into this situation saying, “We didn’t think we would ever be able to just run away with it, we know that we’re ahead, and we know that if the vote were to be held tomorrow, we would win. We’re two months away from Election Day, and there’s a lot that could happen between now and then.” There is no doubt that the opposition will begin investing large sums of money into a campaign to spread negative accusations about legalization in hopes to change the opinions of the public.

Arizona Natural Selections is confident that future actions from the Campaign and the dissemination of factual information by the pro-legalization effort will overcome propaganda used by the anti-legalization campaign if we work together.
